I doubt any claim will succeed. I'm not saying that you may not be in the right but establishing that satisfactorily will be very difficult.

Also worth noting that some nuts have a nylock plastic insert to prevent them working lose (so don't need Loctite). And many nuts and bolts shouldn't have Loctite added.
