could it be the CBE CSB2 you are thinking of? often compared to the BM as they perform a similar job but in my opinion the cbe device is better and at £22 far better value for money....

That doesn't look like good value to me though, the frame might prove useless unless you can reach it to angle it & the van towards the sun, and most of us do not buy them, it'd probably rattle too...
