|fdhadi||Had a look on the Bilstein site and it looks like the B6 is an upgrade from standard.|
No idea but welcome to MHF, if you find any definite info elsewhere please share it on here too as it might be of interest to another member but I cannot recall anyone saying that they needed to change tgeir shock absorbers since I joined and that was more than 12 years ago.
I wonder whether fitting air suspension would be an, expensive, alternative ?
|fdhadi||B4 is probably standard for the 3.5t. The B6 more than likely for the Maxi version.|
|Pudsey_Bear||I would think that most people would let the garage fit whatever the factors send, not exactly a performance vehicle.|
I'm afraid I can't help you with this (but it'll give you a bump anyway).
It would be good if you replied to any info you might get.
Bilstein B6 shockers for Ducato 2003 motorhome
Hello there, can anyone tell me which is the best model Bilstein front shock absorbers for a 3,500 kg motorhome? It appears that the B6 is the best but there is also a B4. Wondering what experiences anyone has had with this brand?
Thanks in advance!
