Yes I had tried to reschedule the crossing to next April 2021 but the only crossings from Cherbourg to Portsmouth were every monday overnight. This was not an option for my wife and until the quarantine rules are changed we won't bother looking at alternative routes.
|Glandwr||I had occasion to cancel a Eurotunnel trip last Sept. And as a result, I learned of their cancellation policy. You can cancel your passage and reschedule it up for to 24 hours AFTER your booking and reschedule to any date in the next 12 months. I was disbelieving but it happened. Amazing.|

Just in case this might affect anyone who has booked with BF and now needs to cancel.
My wifes return booking with BF was in April 2020 but has been changed twice due to ferry movements. Now she was going to UK mid September and due to the quarantine rules of 14 days in one place the trip is pointless. So I tried to cancel online as the phones are always engaged or busy. But as it's a non refundable fare we were going to have to forfeited £96.50 each way.
So persevering on the phone for 25 mins I was able to explain to an operator and she eventually gave us the full refund.
