Not on my bottom Jean in the middle of the rubber,

I won't be using it I hope as I'll stay put until I can get home in the dry, but as I have 400 km to go there may be a local shower somewhere that I will need them for a few minutes.

I just wonder if these are the originals or are they from Poland, could they possibly have lasted for 6 years?

I have found one Alan, Thank you, to my eyes it looks impossible to do without damaging the holder. He replaces both for about 3 he says. As I am limited to space and data I will look at it at home, he got the rubbers I think from Amazon so that's all better done at home.

It's still raining, after 25 days without a drop where I have been.

It has been suggested to take out the rubbers and swap, but that is just not possible on these I think you would ruin the holder unless there is a special knack.
My pardner has suggested cutting the floppy bit out, I will do that tomorrow, but won't risk going the 400 km to home until the rain has gone.
I'll stop where I am until the rain has cleared next week, I have been told I'm welcome to stay as long as I want, as always. I'm not in anyone's way, never am when here, in fact they like me to be here, heaven knows why because whenever we have been here something always seemed to go wrong for us, the first time I came alone in June I trapped the sciatic nerve this time the wipers and mirror light, I don't know if it's the place of me.

JanHank No they are not like that Alan, they are like the Bosch blades.

erneboy You can buy just the rubber bits and fit them Jan. Car accessory shops as well as many supermarkets and hardware type shops have them. They're very easy to fit assuming yours are traditional wiper blades like these.

JanHank It is the mirror that’s not working. As it’s not a dangerous thing I think I can leave it till I get home, the big problem is or are the wiper blades, not only are they handed the are also handed for left an right hand drive and as I have right hand drive I can’t find them here, so I’m a bit buggered for tomorrow as it’s supposed to rain all the way home.

Pudsey_Bear I had the warning light on the self build but all the bulbs were lit front, tail and side marker lights, & I also had the rapid flashing for the indicators, but they were all okay too including the mirrors WEIRD!!
