jiwawa Thanks kabundi - it was the [email protected] that didn't work for me.

I've tried the [email protected], see how that does.

jiwawa Tried that Ray, no email there.

Yes, EJB, I'm pretty sure someone has contacted them before via email.

EJB I think most of their customers have the same problem, I think I phoned them last time but have seen someone post an email address that worked.....perhaps 'someone' will post it again?

Email for ACSI?

Anyone have an email for ACSI?

I had an email inviting me to pay for my 2020 ACSI which I have on repeat order (but they can never process it without my intervention).

I went into the ACSI site without using their link and tried to buy the book. But I got a message to say that I have it already on order and I'd end up with 2 copies.

So I abandoned that and did use the link in their email. But going that route, the book was a couple of euros more. I know they have a cheaper offer for first-timers but I don't see why I should pay more than someone taking for a 2nd year.

Of course, the email I replied to is not monitored and all I can find is a telephone number in the Netherlands which I'm not inclined to use.

Anyone got an email address that will get a response? Might be better to PM me.
