JanHank The first GSD Hans had was only a youngster when he was taken into a shop with escalator, he, the dog, thought it great fun going up when Hans was going down and down when Hans went up, caused a lot of hilarity in the shop.

raynipper I still to this day when on an escalator drag the handrail backwards and watch all the arms move back.

Had a school pal who did that, he slipped over. You wouldn’t believe the damage the serrated edge of an escalator step can do to a human face NOT a pretty sight, lost an eye and scarred for life.

Mrplodd Some years ago now my brother and law and I, both in a state of slight “Over refreshment” went into our local Asda and started discussing (at slightly louder than normal volume) the fact that my (ficticeous) brother worked for Kellogg’s and he had told me they were having huge problems and the supply of cornflakes was in severe jeopardy!

We went back in the next morning and...........loads of empty shelves where the cornflakes SHOULD have been, tee heee!

The following day the local evening paper ran a story about the mysterious “rush” on cornflakes in Asda. Over the next few days all the OTHER supermarkets ran out as well!!

BIL and I kept VERY quiet!!

Andy

Another favourite of ours was to go into Timothy Whites (remember them?) and wind up all of the kitchen timer devices and pressure cooker timers and then leave!!!

raynipper Yes Andy. As long as you have the original order form and purchase receipt heat sealed and verified by a responsible person like an MP, errmm maybe not.

I was just hoping for the one and only thing for the camper that I could not live without and that my wife would not object to spending fortune on.
