...except that my CC company say they did!

I'll wait until I get the paper bill to double check.

I'm not worried about a penny but more that they don't understand their own systems!

Well, I stand corrected!

I got my paper Visa bill and there isn't a 1p charge on there at all. This is despite the card provider telling me that there was when I spoke to them!

Oh well, never mind...as long as I get my books and card...

HermanHymer Their website and online shop is something else!! They do respond to emails though and seem to sort out issues quite promptly.

If you were debited 2 x 1p, make sure you don't have 2 membership listings. I did once and ended up with 2 debits for the full amount. Their memberships are for 2 years to get the reduced book price.

EJB We haven't changed any details in recent years!

GMJ Thanks Ted

They sent me an unsolicited email asking me to change my address as we have moved. I guess the CC company must inform businesses who have ongoing agreements to take money off my card, that the details have changed.

I have tried to do it on their website but it just wouldn't take it (there was no 'Save' button)!! So I too have emailed them but like you, don't hold out much hope.

I think I will probably have to ring them

Graham

EDITED TO ADD: I have just tried their website again and it appears to have accepted my new address now!

EJB Graham you got away lightly....they have just taken two payments of 1p from my Visa card!

One each on the 29th and 31st of August.

Will email them but have never had an acknowledgement of an email from them in the past!

GMJ No I didnt. not this year...and its on my Visa card not my bank.

Strange!

I'll wait until I get my Visa bill in the post and give them a ring I guess...
