HarryTheHymer Welcome to MHF as a visitor.

There are 2 types of pump. One is a submersible pump which would be suspended in the fresh water tank. The other is a diaphragm pump which would be located elsewhere, possibly in the heater compartment.

Assuming the pump is not faulty, the main reasons for low pressure are:
a) air in the system
b) a water leak in the system

Suggest you start with opening all the taps (one at a time), with the pump switched on, and see if any air comes out.

Pump

Pressure was a bit low on our H621 which does have the pump inside the water tank. I fitted an additional Whale in-line pump to supplement it and it makes a big difference.
A word of warning though, don't let the inline pump run dry for example when you initially filling the system

Hi guys ive had my m/h for 3 months now and the ive only encountered 1 problem the water pressure is the pump in the cold water tank
