    Hello Ray!

Are you living in Normandy? I wonder if you can help....
On another forum, there have been suggestions that there are new towing regulations being introduced in France in January... One has even said specifically, January 21st.
I’ve heard nothing official and wondered if it was just ‘chinese whispers’.... be grateful to know if you’ve heard anything!

    Kind regards

    Tony M.

p.s. I was totally gobsmacked to read your story of the FSA etc..... It stinks...

    hi ray

i was thinking about the caravan in portugal

i probably dont need one but i was wondering what you would want for a 110 transformer

the one in the van did run hot last july when the aircon was running for about 5 hrs but i have thought of possibly dropping it through the floor of the locker to get it some cooling as its in a locker i did leave the door open but i doubt it got much cooling as it was 30c outside

nice and warm here in berkshire today

    have a nice weekend

Why I asked is because Ford used to have a fantastically easy gear change, we had a Cortina estate, you could change gear with one finger, then we had a Volvo 240 estate and it was the dead opposite.

Ray, can you do a summation of all you've done so far, there are a couple of lads on the self build site who are good at this sort of thing and might have the same base vehicle, give full details of yours please, model and year etc, I'll let them worry it to death, perhaps one of them has had the same problem, and might even have pics and how they mended it.

    Won't hurt to try.

BTW this appears below this message box, get admin to shift it, they did mine, stupid idea anyway.
