Motorhome Hire suggestions please, Perth Australia

We are off to Australia in November (cruise down from Singapore) We are thinking of having a couple of weeks (or more) to explore the SW bit of Oz and thought a camper van might be a decent way of doing it so.....

Has anyone got any recommendations of a decent hire company? I dont want stupid expensive and neither do I fancy some back street shyster!

So good people, anyone got any first hand knowledge, or any relatives in the area who might be able to assist?? Also whats worth visiting and whats not worth the fuel

I am aware of JUST how huge Oz is so will not be planning mega mileage.

Thanks in advance

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

I will ask friends who hired a camper last year Andy.

Ray.

The FSA formerly SIB & PIA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our lifeīs savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000. So they changed their name again to the FCA.

Just looked it up. It was rentalcover.com. Cover was $4800 and cost approx £50 per week for a 6 week cover on a brand new coach built.

Some suggestions from a cousin who lives in Perth -

If they have limited time then the likes of Margaret River area followed by Pemberton and Albany , Stirling Ranges etc. are worth a look. It all depends on time and whether they want to walk a lot . Plenty of national parks and rivers but time of year plays a part. Nov is just the end of spring and start of summer so temperature will be inching upwards but should still be plenty of water in the rivers and greenery around.
