As far as I can see, when logged in, the expiration time is 2016-05-15, se the attached outprint, but why am I receiving the reminder message.
PLEASE, I would really appreciate any help in this matter.

Same here! I renewed my subscription a couple of weeks ago on the 23rd April ( paying with Paypal)
This then showed my expiry date on my user cp to be 15/05/2016 but now today I've received a 7 day reminder email stating my renewal is due to expire shortly??
Just hope I don't get logging in problems soon

Hi bognormike,

It's addressed from [email protected] and when I click on the link it takes me to the old site. It also says I can renew through Outdoorbits
It also gives me a phone number to pay over the phone but this does not work

Sounds like you got the same email as Stefan on the previous page. I'm guessing that someone hasn't turned off the old notification system and emails are still being auto-generated despite them being incorrect (both in their content and the fact that subs have been renewed via VS).

Stefan's email is copied below.

sorry, but it's not anything we can do here. i assume it's an automatic e-mail produced somewhere in the bowels of the old site, as the old front page is still live to some extent it would relate to this?

Flagged up to VS again

Sadly, all the flag waving that they have been subjected to seems to have achieved little in thee way of result.....

Pusser still cannot get in - and from what we read he is not alone.....

VS needs to get a grip on what the problem is and sort it URGENTLY.....

quite right, Dave. About time it was sorted. I'v put a report in to hopefully highlight it. It did occur to me that it was something like this, hence my request earlier.
