I put in place exhaustive Beta Testing and with the support of appropriate staff the snags were ironed out before we went live.

Each time we migrated we received one thing, thanks from our customers, and that was all I asked.

As I said earlier, it's only data, and you only initially migrate the essentials. Bells and whistles come later, as appropriate.

PS. Good to hear from you again, Jeff. I hope you are well!!!
Things are good, super busy but we are looking at tweaking the homepage to try and fix the errors with subscribers and being logged in.

2-3 different team worked on various parts of this conversion so trying to sync up teams in the US, Canada, and UK has been a challenge.

You guys are on my daily update list.

However the team that has been in charge of converting the site over is still working to restore all aspects of it. It has been put in that a notice be put on the old page to inform members of the situation.

I am on that right now, it seems one of the support members banned some user groups on accident. I am asking for all support team to not touch the site unless they talk to me first.

Sorry about that but it should be fixed now.

Hi

If you remember we sorted that one out. It was a one off mistake that occurred because of a simple keying error made by the VS staff when they tried to solve your problem...it was a one off error that affected you and one other member. Not connected to any of the other problems.

MHFadmin is the identity used by the UK based admin staff.

As I've been critical, it's only fair that I balance it by praising those that deserve it.

@MHFAdmin have been a shining example of "What Good Looks Like." They are unpaid, and work hard behind the scenes to help us all..

From me, thank you for all the good work you've done to help our Forum.

If anyone is locked out and cannot communicate with MHF please feel free to let us know on www.motorhomefruitcakes.co.uk where most of the members are regulars on here and will (as has happened several times) report your problem to MHF Admin.

N.B. If your of a nervous disposition don't read any of the threads.
