USB cables.

Yesterday I wanted to connect my Kindle to the computer to use with Calibre, I have to say at this stage I am completely baffled with Calibre and seem to get it to work as hit or miss.

My point is, I didnīt know that all these cables are not the same, I assumed any of these little plugs would work.

If you look hard you will see there is a difference, I have now marked the one that works.

Yeah, wot he said.

Ray.

The FSA formerly SIB & PIA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our lifeīs savings. Guess what? He robbed us of Ģ750,000. So they changed their name again to the FCA.

Do you really think Iīm that daft
I have shown 2 cables, which means there are 2 ends to each cable that makes 4 ends.

No good quoting a lot of letters/numbers, what do they look like, what are they used for thats what people like me need to know.

I will have to do the donkey work myself when I have time.

No question about the madness, I was just showing that there are loads more, you just need to match the ones you already have if they break which they usually do after a while, I always have one of each in hand, I use 4 different ones.

To convert to mobi from any other format, Kindle wants Mobi.
It also finds the correct cover if the book sent or found has no proper cover. All very clever stuff, to clever for me to understand, I just look on YouTube for instructions.
