Apple Mac cloud

Why is it every-time I restart the computer I have the z signs to say cloud is not working, I then click on cloud then inbox and all is fine ?

I had a threat on here yesterday telling me my computer had been infested with 4 viruses and click here and there and then open the Apple Mac cleaner. I got rid of it all and made a restart knowing they do not have a cleaner.
This morning I have another bogus bill saying its been paid but click here to check the details, I deleted that and also made a restart.
Why are these buggers aiming at me?

Modern life Jan. They are out to get us all.
My phone had a message my SIM was full and I needed to delete some messages??
I only have four messages. So a reboot solved the problem till the next time.

I'm not that familiar with icloud but maybe its just displaying that message until your computer establishes an internet connection when it boots up?

You wont have a virus on a mac I bet. Was this an email message or a pop up from something else?

In a popup Barry, it covered the whole screen.

Hmm. More info needed I think. Was it your cleaner program on the mac that popped up the virus message?

As there is no cleaner program on the mac as far as I know, no. I have malware bites for mac that Apple advised me to put on when I first had it and I ran that, I am clean it said.

I don't know enough about Macs Jan but it doesn't sound right to me. Did the pop up appear straight after starting your computer and before opening a browser session or was it after opening your browser. I presume you use Safari?

I am sure the computer had just been sleeping and I moved the mouse to wake it up.
I have just been checking my utilities to see if there might be something in there thats been planted, all seems to be in order, but in the utilities folder I found something that looks a bit dodgy, its called screenshot, I am going to contact Apple later and see if this is a legitimate tool.

Screen shot utility might be to do with this. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201361 Maybe you could take a screen shot next time (if) the warning pops up.

If Malwarebytes has given it a clean bill of health I would suspect its fine but it would be good to know what exactly popped up.
