I don't have it in a phone or tablet, it's in a TP-Link and I have been playing about with it and I am using it at this very minute. It's a data sim only, doesn't work for phone.
It was connected to Plus a few minutes ago and didn't work, it is now connected to T-MOBILE and it's working. Explain that to me please

Roaming on a partner network.

I doubt any network has it's own coverage everywhere Jan, so the partner up and allow roaming where it's agreed.

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

Yes I understand that Alan, it's just a mystery and I imagine will remain so.
I reset the tp-link as DICK suggested, fiddled about on the 192.268.8.1 page which didn't give me anything the quick installation guide told me, suddenly the ! sign left the internet sign and hey Preston here I am. I have checked the Kindle to make sure I am on the Wi-Fi and not my home internet.
I will now turn it off and see what it brings when I turn it on again.

Angry E-Plus v T-MOBILE

It connected to E-Plus and no internet ?

I don't know how to get T-MOBILE back, there is nothing on the device to change the network as there is on a phone.

Oh I also assumed it was in a mi fi device ?????????? is it ??????????????

They are not interchangeabe with phone sims but you may have got 500 gb before they realised and cut you off.

So really we need more specifics

Is it a 12gb data only sim...................what device did it work in first...................what device are you trying it in now

But I guess you went though all this with the contact centre

Peter and Carmel

Spooky travelled with us for 5 years and over 20,000 miles. He died aged 11 and is buried in Delphi in Greece.
Now that's a great age and a great adventure for a rabbit and I think he deserves a mention.

The best things in Life...........................are not Things !!

Have you tried contacting "3"? The bloke at Amazons seems to be trying to get you to do stuff with the Mifi unit but if the sim is blocked for whatever reason its never going to work. Did you ask the Amazon support guy if there was any chance "3" had blocked it? Also (again) where did you purchase it from? Is it a UK sim or a German one? Your in Germany. If you bought a UK sim its just possible its cut you off for being out of the UK too long. Im assuming you bought a local German one though?

He was from three UK Barry and had already checked with whoever he had to check with for the connection, he even checked to see what coverage we have in this area. None of that what you are saying, this is a roaming sim for all EU countries. Although I ordered it from the Amazon.de it came from the UK.

Right so its a UK Sim and the support guy was from "3". Does he know the sim has only been used abroad?

This might be your issue.

"Three reserves the right to suspend the international roaming when in a selected destination if the customerís use exceeds any of the above limits for two (2) months within a twelve (12) month period. The service will be reinstated once the customer returns to the UK. "

I say might as you would think its the first thing the support guy would look at but it depends what you told him.

If it is that then you need a German data sim which will not expire in Germany but can be used for roaming within the EU not a UK one. Possibly.

First of all I only started the card 4th June so the 2 months doesn't apply.
Yes he knows I love here and won't be using it in the UK.
Before I bought it I asked if it was what I needed here, would it work because I love here etc. etc. They are all nice friendly YOUNG men to chat too .

Also it worked last night on T-MOBILE but not on e-plus, e-books is the network it picks up normally, I have switched it off and turned it on in different areas, it won't pick up t-shirt mobile again
This is what I have.
