I dunno Kev. I Cant find anything useful on the internet and as you say the contact us throws up an error but have you tried to fill out the form?

SOmeone on here had a problem with that domain name as well. https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/forum/...ocked-4669363/

IT maybe worth signing up on tech advisor and seeing if anyone can help there. It could be a graphics driver issue but its a guess.

I had a look for snipping tool problems and found this

Never seems the obvious one to select.

I took the never option eventually and rebooted, got this as a reward.

OOPS!! WTF, all I did was choose an option, how come the whole shebang goes on strike.

After a while of rebooting and trying troubleshooting I get this.

Eventually after several more reboots, and hard resets, I'm back up and running again.

I have uninstalled Trusteer, and sent a report of what happened to them, if I need it again I'll reinstall it, but I don't understand why it has suddenly blocked my screen grabs, it's been on my laptop for a god year or more.

Time to test the snipping tool & postimage.

And we're back I think, thanks for the attempts at help guys.

I know it's an old thread but maybe this might help Kev an all. I read it in a recent Computer Active mag.

Windows 10 has it's own snipping and screen capture option. Windows lets you use your print screen key to open the snip and sketch screenshot tool.
Go Start, Settings, Ease of Access, select keyboard in left panel, locate 'Print Screen Shortcut' section and click the slider to 'ON'.

Now when you want to section screenshot press 'Print Screen' key and the screen dims and you can then select which part to copy.

Thanks Ray, My problem at the time is that I already had a postimage window open so it wouldn't open another, the only problem I have with it now is that it takes forever to get to the save screen.

Snipping tool was part of Win 7 & Vista, used it loads but not as good as postimage.
