Needed spare parts for Geist phantom, like wash basin and roller cupboard door - has anyone any ideas on sourcing such items

I think you may be stuck with Geist as they are made in Germany.

You could try
www.olearymotorhomes.co.uk

They are not far from you in Beverly.
How to find us:
From Beverley on the A1174 - look out for the Woodmansey sign and then the stone bridge (Plaxton Bridge). Turn right immediately after the bridge, into Plaxton Bridge Road.

From Hull (or A1079) on the A1174 - look out for greenhouses both sides of the road. Just before the left bend turn off left into Plaxton Bridge Road.

also try locally
http://www.magnummotorhomes.co.uk/
they are at tel: 01472 353520
Unit 9A

Hi Suenmike,I'm sorry I can't help you with where to buy spares, if you do find anywhere will you post on this thread or PM me. At the moment I don't need anything but who knows what might happen in the future.

Would you like to share why you need a basin and a door, is it something I might do or have they spontaneously collapsed.

Perhaps you could bodge up the sink until the new one will arrive.

Hoping you get the parts fairly soon, bigfrank3.

Yes. I realise that it should be 'their' rather than 'there.'

The wash basin through constant pushing the plug in and out has slit round the drain hole and as for the roller door, the plastic runners have started to break off from the base of the door, both get a lot of wear and tear. Hope this helps - in hind sight I believe the plug spindle is corroded and was forced into position thus cracking the sink. The door has come of the runners several times thus weaking the running mechinisum.
