Drag cabels from radio to battery compartment

Hi
My radio aerial to my Zenec is today a Blaupunkt on the window aerial. Its not at all good. So I have bought a Glomax antenna to set on the roof. I will splitt is to also use as Tv aerial. The new antenna is broad frequency aerial designed for boats. Its fairly easy to get the wire from the roof into the floor in the motorhome. Its prepared as I have installed solar panel on the motorhome. My question is where to get the coax from the floor up under the dashboard into the radio compartment? There is very little space under the dashboard. I have looked on a lot of Youtube video about installing extra speakers and so on ,but no show how to drag the cables? Thankful for any good ideas
