Hymer B544 front bumper

Hi has anyone who owns an early Hymer about 2003 had the front bumper resprayed? If so where and what did it cost, l had one quote at £600, it was the only place I could get a quote from having tried a few Hymer dealers. The need for a re spray arises due to delamination of the top coat of what I presume is some form of lacquer
Thanks Smiler

Someone I met on my trip was taking his Hymer to Badwaldsee to have damage fixed as the quote he got from them was about half the price quoted by his dealer at home. Worth investigating?

Personal Aire
Hi Smiler,

I had my rear bumper and 2 rear wheel arches resprayed by an accident repair centre here in Norfolk as some of the top coat or lacquer had bubbled or lifted with age.

He has a colour matching camera and machine for a pretty much identical colour match.

I had to remove all the panels and lights and take them to him (van too big for his oven).

£330 which I thought reasonable and i'm well pleased with the result.
