Lunar Roadstar 786 rear door

Hi ,

Does anyone know how to open the rear door on the Lunar Roadstar 786 ?

I've attached an imagine of the door I'm talking about . The flap has two hinges , so I'm guessing there's a way of opening it up , and wondering whether this is a separate compartment or goes through to the main underfloor storage space .

I'm asking because I'm trying to find where the vehicle jack is stowed away.

seem to remember that the flap hinges downwards, does the spare wheel go there. not sure what the locks are now, can you take a close up of the locks.

I had a similar panel on an Autotrail, didn't give access to anything, it's was just a "left over" from a previous model!! Is there any space behind it for anything?? Behind mine was the back wall of the garage.

The location of the jack will be specific to the cab rather than the conversion. If it's an X250 fiat it will be under the passengers seat, if it's a Merc Sprinter there is a lift out section at the front of the passengers footwell!! Don't know about any other makes, sorry that's the two base vehs I have owned.

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, its in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

Lunar Roadstar 786 back door

We have the same motorhome and asked the same question of our garage - the answer is "it doesn't open" !!

Our jack for the spare wheel was located behind the driver's seat.

Hope that helps.
