Have a 2018 model Pilote V630H Fiat van conversion. It has 2 vertical roller shutter doors to the toilet compartment, sliding from spiral rail in the roof, held in place by floor grooves, allowing the two doors to extend across the floor shower area. Both doors appear to have fallen out of the guide rail. Has anyone else with a similar van any experience of how to get them back into the rail?

A pic might help Pete?

I had similar problems with a tambour door on an under-sink cupboard. I never successfully sorted it and in the end just left it open. But I guess that's not an option with the toilet!
