Rexosline 721 central locking

I have a Rexosline 721 on the Iveco chassis. I have just changed the vehicle battery but the remote central locking is now not working since the power was disconnected.

Does anyone know where to start looking at rectifying this?

I have checked the fuses which seem fine, but have been unable to locate the remote control receiver in the vehicle to have a look at that.

Any help is appreciated.

Is it part of the alarm system or stand alone.

Its a stand alone system just locking, Laika fitted but not Iveco.

There are two fuses that I have located so far. One behind the nearside passenger speaker fuse box. The second in the habitation fuse block behind the drivers seat, both OK.

I am sure you have checked the batteries in the remote?

It's most unlikely to be a fuse, fuses only blow if they are subjected to more amps than they are designed to take. If the battery has been disconnected where will those Amps come from???

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with
