Pull down bed - cracking noise

Hello Everybody,
I own Hymer B514 - 2007. The pull down bed started making cracking noise. I hear it on the right side (next to driver - left hand driving vehicle). It's coming around the attachment points of the mechanism to the camper frame.
The noise comes out when the bed is in bottom position and it's loaded - for example if hang with my body weight on the edge.
When I loose a bit the bolts that goes in the frame (through the wooden plate) the noise becomes a bit softer. Tightening or spraying with silicon spray didn't help.
Here is a video:

What can be done to repair it ?
Can I remove the bolts that goes in the camper frame without removing the bottom of the bed ?
What's the right way to disassemble it ?
Can this be related to the camper frame but not the bed itself ?
Thanks in advance.
Z

Hi Z and welcome the MHF, I'm sorry I can't help on this one, but it's nice to have a newbie who can ask a question and help us to help them for a change.

Hi Kev,
I'm glad to be in the forum as well. I hope someone can help on that. If I have progress myself will update so the others can benefit from it.
Cheers,
Z

Hope you get it sorted and report, so many don't bother and that makes it so you always don't feel like helping new members.

Welcome to the forum Z. I'm afraid I can't help but I'm just giving your post a bump.
