I have installed a 1000w inverter and 110ah battery which runs a 1000w domestic hairdryer perfectly. It takes about 5-10minutes for Deb to dry her hair and then used a 75w straightener after that. The rest of the evening we use the battery for lighting and possibly the blown air heating. Done this every night for 2 weeks with no problem what so ever. Note that we move on almost every day so the battery gets a boost.
