Truma Combi hot water elbow

I am having a bit of trouble identifying the correct elbow for my Truma Combo 6E. It connects to the boiler with a push fit [ Guest?] and has a standard hose spigot for the hot water and a push fit for the relief.
There appear to be many different ones on the web but I cannot see the one I want so any help appreciated.

I think that will be a Truma only part Ray, it is quite complex, but picture is a bit small to tell, you don't say what the problem is.

I know it is the combined hot output / pressure relief valve. It was ok before I drained it down and after refill I noticed the drip underneath the van so not sure what happened.
I have since carried out the engineers first IA [immediate action] of tapping it with a screwdriver and it has stopped leaking so perhaps something reseated? I think though it would be best to replace it if I can identify the correct part. There are numerous on ebay etc but I cant find one with the push fit to boiler output, spigot to 1/2" hose for hot water and 10mm pressure relief outlet.

A search for the part number followed by elbow brings a few results.
