I have a waeco fridge in my 4x4, works extremely well as a fridge or freezer, off road or on road. Have had it 8 years now no issues.
Becauseits a compressor fridge doesnt have to be level as such, clearly upside down wouldnt work but havent managed that yet.
Best to keep it out of direct sunlight though.
