Was there an update to the Truma thingummyjig?

I discovered the Truma whatdyamacallit had lost all its info, as if it had been disconnected from the electrics. The clock tho was reading about 17hrs behind the actual time.

When I reset everything I discovered that the fan settings, which used to be OFF, ECO and at least one, maybe 2, other settings now reads either OFF or VENT. If you select VENT, you can then select any setting between 1 and 10.

How very odd.

Anyone else noticed this?

How very odd - again!

The gizmo reset itself again today, and again c. 17hrs lost. Clock was saying 04 something when it was actually 21.15.

I tried using the remote for the Maxxair fan that was fitted recently but that didn't have any effect. Setting the alarm didn't.

Sounds like there is a fundamental glitch somewhere in it causing things to reset...

No idea what, or where or even how to look for its location, neither have I come across any mention of such a choice elsewhere.

Contact Truma, they are well known for being helpful and MAY be able to advise you.....

Good luck though with whateveritis and howonearthdoyoufixit. 😁

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

Control panel! Isn't that what it's called? It's only taken 3 days for it to pop into my head!

Yes, an intermittent fault is so hard to fathom. I'm going to keep a closer eye on the panel, try to work out what is triggering the reset and when. I'm trying to think was there anything about the night in between when it DIDN'T reset but haven't come up with anything yet.

A work in progress!
