I have the Hobby 750 manual in pdf Barry but it's enormous and about 50+ MB. Not sure if it covers the 650.

hi ray

thanks for the offer

i have a manual but it just does not give enough info

i have been looking as to how things work

i have just replaced the headlights as they were faded and still LHD

new pair £95 of ebay delivered

from what i can work out it only heats the water on mains and
the hot air is gas only but not tested the gas yet

toilet does not flush so will have to investigate that

and the gray water tank does not to have a tap on it

the engine battery does not charge on hook up

so it would be nice if i can get in touch with someone that has a similar model

Older boilers used to be gas only (heating water and running the heating only on gas). Modern boilers can do both with either gas or EHU. I'd be surprised if your setup is normal. Sounds as if there might be more than one fault with the system.

My old TEC had the tap and exit pipe on the opposite side from the actual tank. The 'tap' was actually like a large bolt head.

It looks like you you have an hybrid. It is an original C6002 gas boiler fitted with the optional heating collar for hot water only. They called it Trumatic C EL. It was superseded by the C6002EH https://dealernew.truma.com/_anweisu...4000_94800.pdf

hi all

i have been busy on the van today

i will try and hook up a gas bottle tomorrow

the boiler is a truma c343-e, it looks as if it is a gas only boiler and has a stand alone truma electric water heater

i had a quick play with the controls today and the spark ignition was clicking

so gradually finding how things work or not
