Shufink elf and safety would have something to say about how flimsy that racking was?

No guard rails on floor to keep truck away from racking also no guard posts at racking entrances to protect the rack corners.

Just poor design and an accident waiting to happen. No accredited commercial racking builder would sanction such a set-up therefore no insurance company would cover failure !

All my companies stores racking had to pass annual insurance checks that covered such items and included shelf beam deflection allowances and shelf load tolerances.

Some said H&S gone mad, but in reality as the Supply Chain Manager responsible a necessary requirement IMHO.
