New satellite TV system

We are in the process of changing our MH and the new (to us) one doesn't have a satellite TV system so we will need to buy one and have it fitted.

We are after an 85cm dish and want a fully automatic system.

Has anyone undergone a research process to look at what is available? If so is there any chance that I could share your findings?

Many thanks

Graham

Which ever way you look at it, we are MUCH BETTER OFF in the EU than outside!

Why not get the system removed from your old MH and installed on your new one? MUCH cheaper than buying a new system!

Better the devil you know!

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

Because it is AT LEAST 11 years old and STARTING TO SHOW IT it plus I secured a BETTER PRICE for the selling of my current MH by INCLUDING the system with it.

Hi Graham, Welcome back.

I telephoned Eddy Jones (VanBitz) in Taunton. He spent quite some time answering my questions and then advising me on what system to go for. I did a little more homework and then decided to drive to Taunton where I had it fitted.

Best of luck.

Never watch TV in the van Graham, if we lived nearer you could have ours😁

You haven't said what the new van is.

I had my MH equipped with a Oyster 85cm dish, auto seek and auto skew, I also had it equipped with a twin LNB so I can add in a separate Sky receiver. This was done by Outdoor Bits in Exmouth. Call 0845 869 8940.
