Great service from MotorhomeWifi

Credit where credit is due. Addie who I have known for a while who runs www.motorhomewifi.com has spent a couple of days on and off trying to get my ageing iBoost directional antenna and router working after I manged to cock up all the settings whilst away and amazingly its all fixed after various screen shots going backwards and forwards.

Just thought I would give him a plug as its not often these days you get such great support.

I know a lot of people now use 4g mifi units or hot spots on their phones for internet access while away but I always try and use the iBoost with a BT FON or other connection first as there are no limits and it does not use up my data allowance. Its invaluable for me as I use a lot of data.

If anyone is interested, here is the link to the device I have (well mines ancient) and their other wifi products.

And the others here.

WiFi while away is not something which concerns me, I'll use it if I have it, but it's nice to be away from it too sometimes.

Its like losing a limb to me Kev!

How did we live without the internet?

Actually Ive found myself posting less stuff and Im getting more and more semi retired (if thats even possible) but I have a couple of key clients I still need access to and if something kicks off like it did two days ago its critical that I can get online and sort it plus it tops up the holiday coffers! Its much easier now mobile data is so much cheaper though. I get 18gb a month on my phone contract now so I just use that as a hot spot but its amazing how quickly you can get through it. There is a bloody Caravan Club rally in the next field thats been there nearly a week and its since they arrived the BT FON wifi went tits up. They have all parked in my line of site to the house 500 metres away and I bet they are all on it!!! Bastuds!!

Yes, I live online most days but it's good to be free of it too, when I get back home it takes a day or three to get back to normal again.

We've not had a music video for a while, you should post a few on MHOwners too

He should post them all on 'Moaners' - as I do not go on there.

Back to OP.

I support Barry in noting Adam's good service.

We have not heard from Adam and Sophie about their travels, unless they are are posting on other forums.

Do they have a blog?

Yeah you can see by the reactions above from the old fart brigade that they would be about as popular as a fart in space suit! I caused enough trouble last time I was on your forum anyway

There is a list here of all the latest ones (There are loads) the most recent ones are just larking about in the van on Flamborough head. I have a mad Muso female singer now Im working with, check out "Black Roses" and "California Dreaming". I have a Synth now as well although Im still learning.
