Hi,
Just discovered if you tap the large usage dial you can change the settings for date and monthly allowance. We're on a 10GB/month package.

Have Three changed something as we can't download BBC progs to either tablet or iPad in the last few days despite having a good 3g signal in the UK?

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

I did that n can only get mine to zero, with no option re length of time.

But that gives me something to work with.

It also fails to turn off the mifi.

I'm using it on my mobile.

I have an e586 Huawei MiFi which has failed to work in both France and Spain during the last 2 years. My 3 settings are for me to be able to use roaming but It still doesn't work. Can anyone help me please?
Have ended up buying an Orange data sim for the last 2 years but it is more expensive!

In what sense does it fail to work? Is it unlocked? Do you know for certain that the 3 settings are correct?

You most probably just need to manually set the APN setting to :- three.co.uk

Not sure if I'm understanding correctly - does your mifi work with the orange sim?

It works fine in the UK but in Spain it tried to connect but showed the cross as it failed. My 3 settings are fine for roaming but the symbols on the mifi are not! It is unlocked. I have used it in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka without problems. (was bought in Hong Kong)
It worked with Orange Spanish sim but I took it into the shop and the girl set it up for me. It seemed to take her a long time but I have no idea what she did.

I don't seem to have got the multiquote sorted properly either

Sounds as if your mifi is grand. I used my Huawei 5332 in France and Spain without difficulty. I can't remember having to do it but have you connected to the mifi through your computer? - 192.168.1.something I believe.

You can log in there - it may still be admin/admin and have a look at the settings. You may be able to tweak something there.
