Tow bar and wiring harness

Tow trust tow-bar and dedicated wiring harness. (Canbus) off a 2012 Elddis Aspire 255. This van is based on the Peugeot Boxer. This is a type approved tow bar, if you go on the tow trust website to check if it fits your van. This is a Ted 1 tow bar. Fitting the wiring loom on the Aspire there is a multi plug by the nearside rear axle, you separate this plug and plug in the two plugs from the wiring loom. One male one female. You then feed the wiring harness up to the battery box under the floor in the cab. Connect the fused connector to the positive feed from the engine battery and the negative to the earth lead. Took me about 2 hours to fit. Fit the side plates loosely to the chassis (Pre drilled) and then lift the tow bar to the plates then tighten. All bolts are present.

Unless this is a dieting exercise I'd have left it on as it provides so much more strength to the rear end and is useful getting on and off ferries too.

Good price though.

Not sure if you can from the pictures but we now have a Burstner A Class. Took it off when changing the van.

Ah, sorry, hadn't noticed it was in the Classified section - bit of a giveaway!
