Mobile Home in the Algarve for rental

Hi
Well it looks like we’ll be back in the UK for 4 months next May to Sept. we have rented a canal boat!
Always fancied one. Thought about buying a few years ago, but we are settled for the most part in our own mobile home on our own land in the east Algarve.
So.......we are looking for “live in guardians / garden minders” for 4 months from end April till start Sept. NOT a “commercial” holiday let, but rather a nominal rent plus bills for someone who fancies an extended stay in the Algarve. Commercial , high season, I could get over a 1000 euros a month for this place. Bit less in May and June. So , i’m more interested in someone who’ll look after the place while we’re gone, so the rent..negotiable...+bills
Probably won’t suit a Motorhomer as we need someone to live in and not be travelling, and the access for any van over 6 meters is difficult, but maybe someone out there knows someone who might be interested. Might suit a newly retired couple thinking of moving to the Algarve and looking for their own place...
Whatever....pm me with an email address. I have photos and details for anyone interested.
Place is a mobile home ,on about 1500 sq mtrs, 2 bedrooms, all nec. facilities , tv ,internet , hi-fi, dogs welcome....we have 2 outdoor pens about 25 sq. meters and 3 kennels. Garden is fenced gated and secure. Sea views! Not on a site .....nearest neighbour is a couple hundred meters. Peaceful and pleasant. Close to small town for shops and restos.
Nearest big town...Tavira.

You’d hate it Barry,
In season, the only music is karaoke and pop covers in coastal discos....
No , seriously , it is nice , and just 2km inland from the beach....but it is not rock and roll here....

Sounds great Garcia. Just the wrong time for us.
Tavira is lovely.

Aye, it'll give you a chance to sing some proper songs.
