Essential workers?

Tourism is a two-way trade of buyers and sellers, both trading, so presumably both are essential workers, no?

Are the tourists working when they reach their destination or are they engaging in tourism? Can a person reasonably be described as a tourist if they are visiting a place to work?

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

Itís all just guesswork at the moment, no-one knows what will, or will not, be altering on January 1st.

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

Yes. That's rather the point. Pathetic isn't?

We all know one thing, weíre going to be worse off.

But but they promised weíd all be better off, what went wrong with all the cards we were holding?

When are the German car makers coming to rescue us?

I donít understand, we had an oven ready deal, didnít we?

More: "Even Insurefor.com, the company that bills itself as the insurer prepared to cover those willing to travel in the face of the Foreign Office advice, says customers are not covered for cancellation if they are refused entry to a country because of a Covid-related restriction."

It's not clear if that applies to package holidays or only to individually arranged holidays.

However, it's also interesting to know that Insurefor.com will insure for travel against FO advice. Not that I'll be using it!
