Useful update from BF re re-scheduling, worth a read!

I have just had the below from BF. I thought others might find it useful if, like me, you have a ferries booked for travel in the not too distant future. (I am due to go to Spain, hence the cut off of October in their reply)

Good Morning,

Thank you for your email. I am sorry for the delay in replying.

It is possible to amend the tickets up to the end of our current schedule which at this time is October 2020. They can then be changed again when a new schedule comes out. The tickets are valid for travel for a year from the original travel date.
These amendments can be done online under manage my booking.

Kind regards
Passenger services

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, itís in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

So, the next question "What will happen if there are still no ferries after the one year period?"

We will have to try moving ours from April and May to October ftb.

Thanks for posting that.

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

Yes we have just had an acknowledgment that the outward half of the return trip has been 'refunded' as a voucher to be used within the next 12 months. We await the return half refund before asking for a full refund.

The FSA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our lifeīs savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000.
Brexit is madness orchestrated by the insane.
