Fiat Ducato X250 import from Germany - fog lights.

Hi. This is my first post and I am just joining the scene, moving up from a T5 camper.

I am popping to Germany this week to pick up a used Globescout to import to the UK.

I have read lots about the import procedure and I am happy I know what to do.

One area I can not find any information on is the rear fog light.

On the X250 is there one or two rear fog lights?

If there is one what have other people done to change it over and have you encountered any can bus problems?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You should be able to change for UK spec ones and I think if you just extend the wiring if needed the can bus will be happy.

I was thinking that could be the case. Although when I was thinking about swapping for uk spec ones I reckon they would have to have a uk loom and an eu loom so not sure that would necessarily work. Kind of hoping it has two lights.

Our daughter has a 2014 X250 Citroen van which has a fog light both sides on the rear.

Sometimes it is better to stay silent and just let people think you are stupid, rather than open your mouth and prove that you are.
