Well if similar MH’s have sold recently for £14k why not see if you can get a somewhat similar amount for it?
Treat it like a house sale. Advertise it at that price and see if you get any “viewings”. If you don’t get any “sniffs” then drop the price a little and so on, I bet you will sell it long before you get down to £7k

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Penquin and barryd like this.

Its not the destination that matters.

It's who you share the journey with (even if like me, it’s in a caravan!)
I am very fortunate to have Mrs Plodd to share mine with

Worth a cheeky for sale price, the ourgate holiday crowd are paying silly money so give it a go and strike while the irons hot.

I think that you need to sort the floor Barry, otherwise you would mention it and it would be a hard sell, fix it and say nothing, stick it on at £12k and move on.

The floor will be sorted Kev but I need the fridge looking at. I think it has the wrong burner. Unfortunately if I cant get it sorted ill have to find another fridge. As per Alans advice ill leave the gearbox. It works, its just a bit crunchy in 3rd and 5th. Been like that a couple of years now.

And now used widely for those that can’t leave the country to holiday abroad.

The most common phrase last year and this seems to be “staycation “, not sure where it came from or whether it means only at home or local to same country but it seems commonly used on the BBC.

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.
