And for an update I ended up buying a donor 2.8idtd car, will see how it goes along

So far what I have done was:
Disassembling donor car, cleaning up a new engine a bit;
Welding up a diy engine crane (I could borrow it but I work slowly throughout the weekends, so it's not a possibility);
And last weekend started disassembling my car, got the engine and everything else out;
So far whats waiting is to put a more powerful alternator on a 2.8 engine and put it in for first measures. Hope the driveshafts won't have to get modified. Everything else seems not too big of a problem. Added challenge for me will be putting in an AC pump, but I will make it work somehow.
