engine management light

hi been away for the weekend and on the way home add the man light come on and the fuel gauge light came on and flashing any idea what it may be

not sure, would guess that it was the fuel filter warning light.
the time to worry is when the woman light comes on. stop vehicle get out and run.

Which base vehicle and year is it and I'm guessing you dont have the manual?

Engine management light

Hi

The best way to find out is to purchase/borrow a fault code reader and plug it in. This should tell you where the problem lies.
I purchased one some time ago and it has already proved useful and paid for itself.
It showed that the problem was not always too dramatic!

Was the engine management light the yellow one shaped like an engine and the fuel light was it the low fuel light or the water in fuel filter light (looks like a fuel tank rather than a petrol pump)?
Is it a Fiat Ducato 2.3 130 multijet - if it is it is showing water in the fuel filter and Injection system failure.
Did the van drive ok or did it lack power?

If it aint broke - fix it till it is

the van drive ok the low fuel light was flashing and the gauge when from 3/4 to empty
