CADAC Carri Chef 2 Pizza stone

Folks

Does anyone have a CADAC Pizza stone for their Carri Chef 2 and if so could you advise on how good they are?

Also do you need to have some kind of deflector underneath it so the gas isn't directly on the base of the stone (to stop the pizza base burning)?

I am considering one of these or shelling out on one of these...

I don't have a pizza stone, we're not huge pizza fans but I do follow the Cadac facebook page and I believe the pizza stone sits on top of the normal BBQ griddle rather than directly above the flame.

I think you also have to dust the stone with flour before cooking the pizza, if you're on Farcebook it's worth joining the group
