Well she wouldn't be cooking beef in a bag would she ?

My sirloin is delivered in two vacuum sealed bags , and I hang it in the bag for up to three weeks

It changes colour to deep red

Then I open it , cook the blood for hound, rich in iron, and freeze the meat

Or eat some of the thick steaks Albert cuts

It's good ask penguin
