I watched a video of another lady of 100 ish doing forward rolls the other day. My aunty, who lived in Canada, was very fit through practising Yoga all her life. Trouble is she got dementia

I looked up dementia and Alzheimers yesterday, I think I may have had both for a while.

Well I have the symptoms of Alzheimer's according to that. Not surprising as we get older though. It is the rate of progression that I would worry about. I shall be royally peed off if we get through this highly stressful period in out lives and I can't enjoy life post covid, post self build, post serious illness etc.

There is new research that links those conditions to poor sleep

I seem to have had quite a few of them most of my life, it is very worrying though, Liz especially as how will I tell as she's doo lally most of the time anyway.

Yup, the bad memory is not a problem as I have never had a good memory! I am used to list writing and keeping a diary/calendar etc. I learned early in life not to ever try to call people by their name. I just say "Hello, how are you"
