An insomnia volunteer needed

To try this out.
I will be hearing about this voodoo tomorrow, Heike had a singing bowl massage today I wondered if she had translated something wrongly, but no, there are a lot of videos on YouTube about it.

It says to use earphones for this one

Insomnia Brain Tingles | Brain Massage for Sleep | Sound Bath | Sleep Music | Meditation Music

Any typo that I make means the errorists win.

Any comments above are only MY OPINION and should be read as that.

No earphones

It brought to mind, however, a relaxation technique that was called, I think, The "something" Pond. It involved settling yourself down and diving into the pond where you went down and down and down through lots of layers. I loved it but just wish I could remember the name of it.

A pity you donít live next door Pat, I have loads of them. I donít expect they are essential as long as everything is quiet around you just lie down somewhere comfortable and listen for a while, not necessarily all of it.
I will have a go sometime and report back, maybe I will try this evening.

Earphones or headphones I would think are the same. I have a lot of headphones only one set of the ones you stick in your ears that came with the iPhone and they only work with iPhone or iPad.

I think I may have one of these bowls, a small one my Dad brought home from India after the war, he had it hammered to make it more decorative.
