Britrail contact required
In January we purchased a 3 day Brit rail pass for our travels in the UK. Obviously we had to cancel the whole thing because of Covid 19 and looking for a refund on this tickets for the last 3 month. My wife has send 4 emails and contact request but we never received an acknowledgement or answer. I am unable to find a contact number and wonder if one of the forum members would know how to make contact. We are aware that according to the terms and conditions we are able to send the passes back and get a refund but quite frankly I am rather hesitant to do this without having made contact first.
You help as always would be appreciated.
