I donīt think we have a cookery forum so this will have to do.
I only want 1 soft boiled egg for my breakfast, seems daft just 1 rattling round in the saucepan, so internet says it can be done in the microwave in a bowl of water and cover the egg with water, only having 1 egg I used a very large cup, covered egg with cold water and
It went bang very loudly.
So using the same cup, oiled, egg in 40secs on high, perfect.
The bread is my first attempt made with a magi-mix, so quick and easy, unfortunately I put a bit too much water in and its a bit wholly, but it tastes very good, better than shop bread, not quite up to my usual home baked bread, but this is my first attempt.
Cooked in a conventional oven not microwaved, yet
