What a dilemma - probably one of the TV best sports days of the year

Do I stay watching the cricket and hopefully see England beat NZ? Or watch the tennis which will hopefully be a great match? Or watch Hamilton hopefully win the British GP? Or watch the Tour de France which I've also been watching all week?!

I think I'll be channel hopping this afternoon - and recording them all.

Watching it now! Was also watching the tennis on another TV! How can the Cricket World Cup have gone down to this?!

A good excuse to pour another beer to calm my nerves!

I've got the GP and cycling recorded so will watch those in a few minutes. Unfortunately run out of beer!

F1 for me, what a cracking race !

Cricket topped it all off, great to see such a multiculturalist side captained by an Irishman win for England.

I'm about to watch the F1 now.

I had the same thought about the multiculturalism of the "English" side but fortunately our "Irish" captain has an English mother so he's English after all!

When it comes to rugby though it gets incredibly confusing - I think that those in NI play for Ireland even though they are part of the UK. And at other times and in other events we compete as GB - and sometimes when we do that we have people from NI in our team so we should be UK but aren't. I think the Olympics is a case in point - we call ourselves Team GB but athletes from NI are included - we should be Team UK!

Anyway back to the GP!
