Sure remember him, but truthfully didn't much care for his music back then. Perhaps now might be different

There were a few very catchy tunes, but must admit after listening to a few of them again they are all much of a muchness, no wonder I didnīt download them onto the computer, but left them on the DVD .

Many memories of him on the radio but I did see the Beatles at the Kaiserkeller.

I remember my grandfather saying that he'd heard old Bert on Two way Family Favourites.

Obvissly I had no idea what the mad old bugger was talking about.

Brexiters. It's your sh1t now. Whatever happens nationally and internationally you own it. I wish you luck. I think you're going to need all you can get and then some. Friday 13th December 2019.

I remember him well, my parents were shocked when I asked for a Bert Kaempfert LP collection for my 12th birthday , but they got it for me . I kept the 6 LP's up until a couple of years ago . A trumpet playing friend of mine , who also repairs amplifiers, repaired one of mine but wouldn't take any money for it. I knew he would appreciate the music so I gave him the collection . He was delighted . A bit spooky, you bringing it up.
This was one of my favourites on it.
