Ray.

The FSA licensed a twice convicted fraudster to handle our life´s savings. Guess what? He robbed us of £750,000. http://raynipper.com

Well I hope for you it´s Pru.

Partner covers everything, wife, husband, lifes , or anyone who has a partner they have loved for a long time.
Why are you so buddy awkward, I reckon Pru is a woman to be admired putting up with you.

I'm with Kev now.
Partner in crime, business, sport, threesome, etc. etc. Doesn't necessarily mean spouse or significant 'other'. I dislike the term as it's just too general.

Can't be dun. She is now immersed in WW2 and Nazis and can't be disturbed.

I'd rather listen to "All Shook Up" (Elvis) than sentimental crap like that.

"I, Drew, take thee, Joyce, to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part, according to God's holy ordinance; and thereto I pledge thee my faith."

I have a wife, not a partner.

Then its best of all if you keep your opinion to yourself Drew.
